ElineSpeaks - AAC speech app 2.8.1

Background

The development of ElineSpeaks was inspired by Tim, a young man with intellectual disabilities who relies on an expensive speech-generating device for communication. When his new mentor, Eline, began working with him, it took four weeks to integrate her name into Tim's speech device.

ElineSpeaks has garnered recognition in the field of digital communication. In 2017, the app received an award at the Digital Communications Awards in Berlin, followed by a nomination for The Hague Innovators Challenge in 2018.
