ElineSpeaks is a comprehensive Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) application that prioritizes simplicity and intuitiveness, making it accessible to a wide range of users. The app facilitates effective communication through various modalities, including symbols, images, videos, and text. ElineSpeaks aims to enhance the quality of life for individuals who face communication challenges due to conditions such as:

Background
The development of ElineSpeaks was inspired by Tim, a young man with intellectual disabilities who relies on an expensive speech-generating device for communication. When his new mentor, Eline, began working with him, it took four weeks to integrate her name into Tim's speech device.

Awards
ElineSpeaks has garnered recognition in the field of digital communication. In 2017, the app received an award at the Digital Communications Awards in Berlin, followed by a nomination for The Hague Innovators Challenge in 2018.
